To keep pace with frequent and rapid technological changes, it is essential for organizations to build strong technology capabilities. As a technology-focused company, Microland proactively invests in emerging technologies and constantly updates the technology skills of its resources. Microland's Virtual Labs, known as Microland Virtual Labs, was started with the aim to bring about "skills-transformation" in the organization. The lab provides a platform for all Microlanders to augment existing skills and acquire new skills and technology competencies. The state-of-the-art lab is at par with production class data center standards and is a part of Microland's offshore delivery center.
Microland Virtual Labs is accessible 24x 7 to Microland's global workforce. Exclusive portals in the lab act as interfaces with users and facilitate provisioning of the labs - booking the labs for usage, checking availability and topology of the lab. The labs have a library of more than 30+ pre-defined configurations of over 15 different operating systems and over 100 software images to choose from. These pre-built labs help in efficient utilization of time on solution/testing areas.
